Northstar samples completed public Coinbase Exchange candles approximately every four hours. All displayed times use America/New_York (EST in winter, EDT in daylight saving time). The scanner refuses missing hourly data, only stores verified market snapshots, and logs failed feeds. Its current strategies did not demonstrate a viable edge after testing costs. No profits or win rates are implied.
